Please note if you choose a start time in the past, your Byte’s lights will turn on the next day at that time. If they do not come on 24 hours after set up, please reach out to support via LiveChat or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your growing recipe ends (i.e. your lights stop working) and you would like to continue growing your current crop, please reach out to support via LiveChat or email@example.com.
How do I scan my pod pack?
Open the AVA Smart Garden app on your phone. If this is your first pod pack, click on "+" sign on your Home page.
If all the pods are filled on the homepage, click the 3 dots on the top right of one pod and select delete. The "+" symbol should then appear.
The last step will include a scanning window. Find a QR code on your pod pack or here. Scan it.
You will be prompted to select a start time. Your Ava Byte automatically calculates when your lights will turn off based on the selected start time. This will change throughout the growing cycle to meet your plants' needs! The average length of time your Byte's lights will be on is between 14-18 hours. This will change throughout the growing cycle but you can always check the lighting schedule in your home dashboard. Voila! You are ready to get growing🌱
