Please note that if you scan a recipe and select a time in the past as the start time (ex. 7 am start time and it is currently 1 pm), your lights will come on for the first time the next day at the selected start time.
If this is not the case, contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your garden name. This issue is likely the result of an ended recipe - we recommend you prune your plants for healthy harvests in the future. However if you would like to keep growing, customer support can reset your recipe for further growing.
